I believe it takes courage and hard work to change and that most often happens when we feel safe and supported. Relationships and connection are the foundations of a healthy life, and sometimes those are hard to find. My own story has taught me the importance of transparency, vulnerability, and connection in order to heal and move forward.

         As a Licensed Mental Heath Counselor my approach to counseling is relational and strength based. I utilize attachment, psychodynamic, and cognitive strategies to better understand what's currently happening and explore how it might be different.

I specialize in abuse and trauma recovery, anxiety issues, and improving communication and boundaries.

          I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR ) and have seen how helpful EMDR can be in resolving trauma, especially when traditional talk therapy seems to plateau.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and adolescents and my relationship with each client is something I truly value.
