My Approach

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted? You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, people pleasing, rage, or difficult relationship patterns that have been present for years or even generations. I am passionate about helping individuals break painful cycles, heal from past experiences, and show up differently in their lives, relationships, and parenting journeys.

I specialize in maternal mental health counseling, postpartum therapy, and perinatal mental health support for women in Vancouver, WA and throughout Washington via telehealth. I especially enjoy helping mothers navigate pregnancy, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, identity changes in motherhood, parenting stress, and the emotional transitions that come with becoming or raising a family.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand patterns, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

Together, we will work to help you move beyond survival mode so you can feel more connected, confident, and grounded in your life and relationships.

I offer in-person counseling in Vancouver, Washington and online therapy throughout Washington state. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.

I am currently practicing under a provisional license as I work toward full licensure. If you have any questions or concerns about my clinical work, please feel free to reach out to my supervisor listed below.
